The video was created for two reasons...

First - many of the questions in our discussion forum are about these topics. We thought it would be great if all the answers were in one place and in the very easy to learn format of a video.

Second - An estimated 80,000 people will become first-time embroidery machine owners in the U.S. alone over the next 12 months. One of the biggest problems facing those people will be getting caught in buying designs that they didn't know were stolen! After watching this video - they will be aware of what's going on and how to avoid being scammed by unscrupulous design sellers!

The retail store versions will be packed in standard DVD video cases with commercial artwork and shrink wrapping. We are currently setting up our distribution systems for this purpose. Our hope is that every person buying a new machine in a sewing store will also walk out the door with this "getting started" video and avoid what we know can be a very painful learning process.

Frequent Questions About This Video:

Q:  Can this be shipped internationally?
A:  Yes!  Please select "International Shipping" when you go through the checkout.

Q:  What machine is this for?
A:  The video covers things that are not specific to one particular machine but rather applies to all machines. For example - how to get the hoop to grab the fabric without stretching it and causing puckers is the same whether you are using a Janome hoop or a Viking hoop. All the topics covered are universal regardless of brand of machine.

Q:  Can I pay for this with a check or money order?
A:  Unfortunately - No.  We have no way to coordinate the receiving of checks at one location with the shipping of videos at a different location.

Q:  Can I pay for this with PayPal?
A:  Unfortunately - No.  We do not monitor our PayPal account for video sales and have no way to coordinate it with shipping at this time.

Q:  Can I get this on CD?
A:  No.  The amount of info contained on one DVD would take 6 or 7 CD's to hold, increasing the cost to produce drastically.

Q: Can I get this on VCR video-tape?
A:  No.  We don't own any VCR video production equipment.  Fortunately, DVD players are now available for under $50 at most discount stores.
