"Many of my customers think thier computer is a blackhole! Files go in, but they can't find them. Please explain such terms as file, folder, path, etc"

Someone told me that floppys don't last, True? Also a filing system? That wouldn't interfere with PE Design and my card reader?"

"What is the best transfer and editing program? I have a singer ce-100 now, I can download design but editing with the singer software is hard."
