No purchase nessecary to enter or win.  All prizes will be awarded. Winners are chosen by the owners of ArtisticThreadWorks based solely on their own opinion of the value of the tip to their readers. Contest is void where prohibited by law.  No cash awarded in leiu of prizes. If the winner does not claim their prize within 30 days of notification, an alternate winner will be chosen by the same method in a random drawing of all entries.
