FINANCIAL: Why Did You Charge My Account For Membership Renewal? (0409-1768)

If you don't cancel your membership, then we automatically renew your membership as per our agreement with you. When you sign up for membership you check the box that says to automatically renew your membership. So we did just that.

The "Automatic Renewal" feature is explained in the pricing area of the signup page like this...

AND you MUST also check the box at the bottom of the signup page that looks like this...

Or you're membership application is not accepted! 

If you want to cancel your account before the renewal - it's easy to do. There's a link on every page of our site in the left navbar that says "Cancel Membership".  Just click the cancel membership link and follow the easy 5 Clicks to cancel.

Be sure to hit the APPLY CHANGES button and receive a confirmation email that you have cancelled.
