Our Value Designs are for those who do not want to "join" anything.  Period.  They would rather simply "buy" the designs they want and not mess with any type of subscription. 

Our "Value Designs" section then is a place where non-members can buy design sets they would like to have, without buying a membership.  They're some of the same great design sets our members can download from our library, but without a subscription.
