The "QC Sew Fest 2008" will be held in Kansas City, MO on July 22nd through July 27th. 

Arrival will be July 22, then we will begin the sewing and quilting and getting to know everyone starting on July 23rd.   We are planning on things to do for the entire 4 days, with everyone leaving Sunday July27th.  You dont have to be there all four days.  If you only want to come for 1 or 2 days, that's fine too.  

We will be posting a shcedule of activities in the coming weeks.  Some of the plans include a day to make stockings, a day to learn to quilt and to assemble a quilt, a day to go on a "shop hop", and a "You-Teach-Us" session.  We also have planned ample time to get to know each other.

There will be a small fee to cover the cost of renting a conference room at the hotel.  Right now we are unsure of the amount as we are still in negotiations, but we will keep it minimual.   

Also - we are attempting to have a supply of machines on loan from a dealer, but havent finialized these plans yet.
