Please read all the rules befor posting your ad.  We may add some later but for now there are only a few rules...

1) Maximum 3 ads per day.

2) No copyrighted artwork.  Kind of a "duh" for most of us but needs to be said.  Disney, Sponge-Bob, Harley-Davidson, etc are all off-limits.

3) Maximum font sizes = 14. 

4) Don't write your ads in "Microsoft Word" then copy/paste them into our text box.  Word adds hidden characters that skew the font sizes and throws off the gallery image formating.

5) No HTML links in the TEXT area of your ads.  When you upload an ad, you'll see the "Link To URL" field. Place the page you want your customers to land on into the "Link To URL" field.

6) If you don't have a website of your own but want to place an ad in the Daily News, please enter one of the following two things as the "URL" or website the person should land on...   

http://www.tradingthreads.com 

That will land people who click through on a page telling the reader that you don't have a website of your own that that they should read your ad to get your email address or contact info from the ad.

7) Be SURE you include the  "HTTP://"  in the URL in front of your websitename.com  If you leave this out then people clicking your ad will land on the ATW home page instead of on your site.   

8) Your business name MUST show in your ad title line.  If you are an individual placing an ad then include your ATW USERNAME or your real name in the title line.

9) Do NOT put the same ad in twice in one day.  (Changing the color of the graphic from blue to purple does not make a new ad.)
