"The designs won't download to my floppy disk! What's wrong?"

Nothing is wrong -- here's what's happening and how to fix it!

A floppy disk only holds 1.44 mb of data. When you download a complete set of 10 designs, it usually takes more space than a floppy disk will hold.  Save them to your hard drive instead.  Once you unzip them on your hard drive, you can discard the formats you don't want and copy the ones you do want to a floppy disk (or two.)
