We are currently working on updating ALL the sets in our design library  Each time we update a set featured it is moved to the top of the "New Or Changed" list.

This is creating a huge number of emails to our webmaster (Robin) as people ask her why this set or that set is showing up as "New", as well as folks who wonder why they can't download a "Member Bonus" set that is at the top of the "New or Changed" list.   

Here you can read an explanation of how the "Premier Designs" works.  (Premier Designs are "Past Member Bonus" or past "Time Limited" sets) 

While this work is going on sets showing at or near the top of the "New or Changed" list are not nessecarily new.  So at this time the "New or Changed" button does not work.   I will re-program the button to work properly when we have finished with all the updates.  In the meantime, I suggest you use the following buttons to see what really IS new on ATW...
