REFUND POLICY:
Due to the nature of our product there are NO refunds. Defective
disks may be exchanged for the same title only. Future renewals of
membership may be cancelled at any time but there is no refund for memberships
already purchased. Transactions are

Embroidery designs are
considered "software" and are covered under federal laws just like any
other software program. Copying software programs is illegal and
punishable by civil and criminal laws. Because of this, we have a ZERO TOLERANCE
POLICY for any activities related to "sharing" of embroidery designs. Any person
involved in illegal activities on our site is subject to having their membership
terminated with no refund and possible prosecution. We cheerfully cooperate
fully with any law enforcement agencies asking for information in
prosecuting software piracy.
Use of Designs
You may use our designs for sewing on
products you are producing for pleasure, gift or for sale, provided that items
produced for sale do not exceed a quantity of 1,000 units. If you want to
produce more than 1,000 units using any one design, you may contact us and you
may be granted a license for that purpose at our descretion.
