UNWANTED FORMATS

You can keep the formats you don't currently use for future use in case you buy another brand of embroidery machines, or you can delete the unwanted formats.  It takes about 30 seconds to delete all the unwanted formats if you do it the way I do it.  I made a step-by-step tutorial on deleting unwanted formats.

This tutorial is available to members of our club on this page...

For the first couple years that we operated ArtisticThreadWorks we made a download link for each format we offered.  When we examined our processes a few years ago we found out that it would be much more efficient for us to make one single download file with all the formats in that one download.  Putting all the formats into one download saved the equivalent of one full-time employee and enabled us to hold our club membership costs down in spite of rising expenses caused by economic problems.  We will not go back to offering separate download links for each format as the cost for the manpower is excessive and would require raising club membership rates to pay for it, which we have no intention of doing.
