REFUNDS... 

Due to the nature of our business, there are NO refunds!

Once a member joins ATW they have access to thousands of downloadable designs. The total retail value of those designs would be over $30,000 based on current pricing in retail stores where 20 designs typically sell for $60 or more. You also have access to hundreds of pages of articles, tens of thousands of project photos and hundreds of thousands of discussion forum posts. 

What you read, view or download is entirely up to you. For privacy reasons we do not track what you read or download and have no idea if you have downloaded $10 or $10,000 worth of designs. For this reason we have a strict "No Refund" policy on membership and sales. We agressively prosecute attempts at fraudulent chargebacks or fraudulent credit card uses.

Cancellations...

Do not send an email off into cyberspace asking for your membership to be cancelled for you!   Due to the unreliable nature of email, we might never see your request.

We make it very easy for you to cancel your membership. If you want to cancel future renewals...

Here's How To Cancel

All future renewals can be cancelled immediately by clicking the "Cancel Membership" link on the left side "MEMBERSHIP" menu of any PUBLIC or MEMBERS page on our site.  The MEMBERSHIP menu looks like this...

Once you click that link you are asked to provide the username and password of the account being cancelled. This protects you from having someone else cancel your membership without your knowlege.

Once you enter your username and password, you will be taken immediately to the "MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION" form that you completed when you joined. To cancel, simply scroll to the bottom of the form and change the "Change Account Status" box to say "Cancel Membership" then click on the "APPLY CHANGES" button below the form.
