After 7 days are up, most of these designs are added to the "Design Library Vault" and are always free to Premier Members. 

"Member Bonus" and "Time Limited" designs go into our store for purchase.  This means you should always download "Member Bonus" and "Time Limited" designs while they are free to you as a Premier Member.
