Thread Color Conversion Charts

Opening Embroidery Designs For Janome 9700
A few days ago a customer sent me an email with the following question...
"I recently bought a Janome 9700. My question is, do I need an additional program to open up embroidery designs that I download from the computer? I have WinZip but it is not opening them. If I do need a program, which do you recommend? It needs to be a simple one since I only do this as a hobby in what little spare time."
