Sometimes I can help you better if I see your computer screen. 

When you click the "Computer-To-Computer" button below, you will be taken to a service we use called "GoToMeeting". 

I will give you a 9-digit "meeting ID number" (example 123456789) which you enter into the white box on the GoToMeeting page then click the CONTINUE button.
