I'm Seeing Spam Coming From MY OWN EMAIL ADDRESS!

Here's a question from our computer forum... "I opened my email today and found several messages that said an email was undeliverable. When I opened one to see who did not get a message from me it was to someone I did not know or send a message to. The same with the others. So this leads me to believe that someone, somehow has gotten my address list. I am very careful not to open mail from anyone I don't know, I have a blocked sender list a mile long and have set up rules to block certain words.
