Quick Test For Conflickr Virus (April 2009)
This is a really easy way to see if your computer has the conflickr virus on it or not. It's an "eye test" chart of sorts. Simply click on the link to the page that shows these pictures. If you see all 6 of the pictures then your computer is not infected. I'm Seeing Spam Coming From MY OWN EMAIL ADDRESS!
Here's a question from our computer forum... "I opened my email today and found several messages that said an email was undeliverable. When I opened one to see who did not get a message from me it was to someone I did not know or send a message to. The same with the others. So this leads me to believe that someone, somehow has gotten my address list. I am very careful not to open mail from anyone I don't know, I have a blocked sender list a mile long and have set up rules to block certain words. So how did this happen, how did my email address get out?? Does this mean that everyone in my mailbox has been compromised?? What do I do now??? " . . .
