Are You A Newbie To Machine Embroidery And "Stuck"?

Having problems downloading designs on our site or getting them to stitch out and look right?   This is a "newbie's guide" to help folks who are just getting started or are stuck and need a quick helping hand.
Artistic ThreadWorks is a "club" and besides the embroidery designs we offer our members detailed how-to articles and videos covering every aspect of machine embroidery.  The answer to your questions may well be on this page.  if it's not here, we will still try to help or direct you to the right solution, but joining our club and going through the TUTORIALS section on our menu will probably answer questions you haven't even thought of yet along with the ones you do come up with.
